Following your booking and deposit you will receive an email confirming your payment, please check the details carefully and make sure all dates etc. are correct. All deposits paid are non-refundable and may only be transferred at the parks discretion (with no less than 14 days’ notice and excluding Bank Holidays) All balances are due 7 days prior to arrival. This is a NON refundable and NON transferable payment. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any eventuality of a cancellation. Please bring your booking receipt when checking in at reception.
Conditions of Booking
If after you check in if you choose to cut your holiday short for ANY reason, and leave before your departure date NO monies will be refunded. (Again we recommend taking out holiday insurance). We reserve the right to decline or terminate the booking of any guest(s) whose party makeup or behaviour interferes or may interfere with the general comfort of other guests. In this event no refunds will be made. Trentfield Farm and its facilities are intended for family holidays we do not except unaccompanied teenagers/stag parties/hen parties, groups must call the office to confirm availability before paying deposit.
Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times. It is particularly important that you always know where your children are, and that you provide adequate supervision for them at all times.
We allow ball games but only when the site is quiet and not around other people’s units.
All ball games must be finished by 8pm without exception.
We do not allow the use of kites on site due to overhead power cables, there are plenty of other places to fly these locally.
If you wish to make amendments to your booking (up to 7 days before your arrival), an administration charge of £20 may apply.
We are not responsible for the cancellation of bookings that we are prevented from fulfilling as a result of circumstances beyond our control. (“Force Majeure”) Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, acts of Government, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events.
If we make any major alterations to your booking
We try very hard to provide all facilities as advertised on our website. It may however be necessary to make some alterations in advance of your holiday. If such a change is necessary, we will endeavour to advise you in writing as soon as possible.
If we cancel your booking
We always endeavour not to change the date or cancel your booking, but in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary. We will inform you of the change of date or cancellation as soon as possible and give you the following options.
A. accept the alternative arrangements as notified to you
B. choose another available break from us at the advertised price
C. cancel your booking with a full refund of any money you have paid to Trentfield Farm Limited.
Rules and Regulations
The person completing the booking is responsible for the conduct of their party, It is your responsibility to read the rules & regulations and abide by the rules therein. Not reading the rules is not an excuse for infringement. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms and conditions of booking. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract and loss of the booking without refund. Trentfield Farm reserves the right to ban individuals from future use of the park.
If a certain pitch is requested we will do our best but the pitch cannot be guaranteed.
Please do not drive directly to your pitch. You may be asked to move if you are pitched incorrectly.
Only one car per pitch all extra cars are charged for.
The use of wood burning fire pits/stoves is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. BBQ’s may be used but only with charcoal and must be raised off the ground.
In consideration to all visitors music must be played at a personal level and must be turned off at 10.30. Between 10.30pm and 8.30am noise must be kept to a minimum.
If you do not think you can comply too this rule please do not book as you will be asked to leave if the noise level is unruly. (No refund)
Anyone defacing or causing damage to any buildings, equipment or property of the park faces immediate eviction and prosecution. The pitch hirer will be responsible and charged for any damage /loss caused by themselves or their visitors to the pitch any of the park facilities or other resident’s property. Your personal belongings, vehicles, vans and their accessories and contents are left at your own risk. Trentfield Farm or its staff will not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of any property nor for any injury, accident or mishap to any person in the park. Customers must ensure that their property is secured and fully insured for any unforeseen eventuality.
The information taken at time of booking is required to be collected for the purposes of processing your reservation at Trentfield Farm. We may also disclose your data to CampStead Ltd who may contact you, inviting you to complete a questionnaire and review regarding your stay at our park. If you do not want us to use your information for the marketing purposes described in this paragraph, please let us know.
